How can I make a Lunar Republic ID card?

First download .xcf file on the page with card. Don't download it from dA, instead use the link to rapidshare in the description. Use GIMP to edit. Make up some data for your card, as well the code and generate QR code with the instructions in the description. Every text, photo and QR image are on separate layers.
